Professional Background

Anubhav Mittal’s career spans more than 20 years across finance, strategy, and corporate development at globally recognized multinational companies. At ADM, he has held progressively senior roles — from VP Finance (CFO) of the Global Pet Solutions platform and CFO of the Nutrition Business Unit, to his current position leading the company’s entire global M&A and business development function. Across these roles, he has driven enterprise capital allocation, investment governance, large-scale M&A execution, and carve-out and IPO-readiness work, making him a trusted decision-maker in high-stakes strategic contexts.

Before joining ADM, Mittal contributed to strategic and financial leadership at Kellogg Company, where he oversaw North America finance and led corporate development and strategy initiatives across global markets. His management consulting tenure at Booz & Company further broadened his expertise in organizational transformation, post-merger integration, and go-to-market strategy across multiple industries.

Education

Mittal earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, with a concentration in Finance and Strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class and received multiple academic and project distinctions.
