Anubhav Mittal

Anubhav Mittal is a senior finance, corporate development, and value-creation executive with more than two decades of experience spanning strategy, M&A, capital allocation, restructuring, and business transformation at global public companies. He has built his career at the intersection of financial rigor and strategic execution, consistently partnering with CEOs, boards, and operating leaders to drive growth, strengthen performance, and create long-term enterprise value across complex multinational organizations.

Mittal currently serves as VP and Global Head of Business Development & M&A at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM). In this role, he leads ADM’s global agenda across acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and capital investments. Over the course of his career, he has led or helped execute approximately $10 billion in transactions and strategic investments — spanning end-to-end opportunity assessment, valuation, diligence, structuring, negotiation, signing, closing, and value capture.

Before transitioning into his current corporate development role, Mittal served as CFO of ADM’s Nutrition Business Unit, an approximately $8 billion global organization serving both B2B and B2C markets and supporting more than 14,000 employees. In that position, he led commercial finance, FP&A, operations finance, controlling, strategy, and M&A across the global organization — improving ROIC, expanding margins, and driving working capital optimization. He also served as VP Finance (CFO) for ADM’s Global Pet Solutions platform, guiding strategy and performance during a period of approximately 20% CAGR growth while leading restructuring and turnaround initiatives that strengthened operating efficiency.

Prior to ADM, Mittal held senior finance and strategy roles at Kellogg Company, including VP Finance for Kellogg North America and Senior Director of Corporate Development & Strategy, where he led global investment strategy, portfolio initiatives, and a major restructuring program. His earlier career included leadership positions at Booz & Company, where he advised clients across industries on corporate strategy, go-to-market transformation, post-merger integration, and operational improvement.
